The Greenery is looking for guest post authors. Our particular focus is on energy, environmental and green news in South Africa. We do occasionally, however, accept posts with a wider view.

How to get started

To write for us all you have to do is contact us via the contact form and tell us what topics you have in mind. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Publishing guidelines

• Please stick to a 400 word minimum.
• Check your work to eliminate bad grammar, spelling and punctuation. We will reject posts that contain too many errors.

Note: we reserve the right to edit guest posts to ensure sound sentence structure and correct spelling.

• Posts must be related to environmental/energy/green news, developments and features.
• We don’t accept posts that have been published elsewhere.
• Posts must be the exclusive work of the author.
• Cite your sources
• Two links are allowed per post.
• One link is allowed in the author bio, which appears at the bottom of the post.

We try to approve articles within 48 hours of submission. If you haven’t heard from us within three days please contact us.

No articles will be published without approval.
